	Make sure all exterior taps and hose bibs are off and not leaking.
	Inspect yard watering system for proper operation and scheduling.
	Includes working test of system, inspection of watering heads for proper operation, and review of timer scheduling as necessary.

Pool and Spa Systems Check

	Assess quality of pool and spa maintenance service performance. Notify you of conditions we feel need attention.
	Check for any obvious leaks or damage.

Air Conditioning/Heating Systems Check

	Visually inspect condition of exterior A/C units.
	Check A/AC condensate drains are unobstructed.
	Check operation of cooling/heating system.
