Rates for Single Family Residences
There are three basic month-to-month home watch plans offered by Champion Home Watch Services, Inc. Clients who elect to sign a six month contract and pay in advance will receive a discount. The rates are as follows:
PLAN NUMBER OF CHECKS RATE/DISC.
Bronze: One check per month $45.00 /$35.00
Silver: Two checks per month $90.00 /$70.00 Gold: Four checks per month $180.00/$140.00
*Additional Services will be charged at the rate of $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge.
Rates for Townhomes/Condos
Champion Home Watch Services, Inc. also offers three basic month-to-month home watch plans for Townhomes/Condos that do not include any exterior checks. Clients who elect to sign a six month contract and pay in advance will receive a discount. The rates are as follows:
PLAN NUMBER OF CHECKS RATE/DISC. Bronze: One check per month $40.00 /$30.00 Silver: Two checks per month $80.00/$60.00
Gold: Four checks per month $160.00/$120.00
*Additional Services will be charged at the rate of $39.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge.
