About us

Champion Home Watch Services, Inc. (CHWSI ), is located in Phoenix, Arizona.  It is our business to watch over your home during your absence. 

We know your home's integrity and security are major concerns to you.  Because of those concerns, CHWSI has come up with a way to put your mind at ease and those concerns to rest.

We will check your home both inside and out on a regular schedule that you decide. 

As the owner of CHWSI and a retired Law Enforcement Officer, I will be on watch as your eyes and ears here in Arizona. Having lived in the Phoenix area for over 30 years and running a successful home repair business, I know what can go wrong and what to look for.  CHWSI takes the worry out of seasonal home ownership.

Verification of scheduled Home Watch inspections will be emailed to you.
